This is when I have to get my hands dirty. If I need to work on a website, set up email for you, or take a look at your PC and scan for malware, I am performing I.T. services for you.
This is billed at $75/hour
15 minute increments are available for this
I.T. Consulting
If you need me to do research for any tech related reason, this is consulting. Whether you need an MSP (managed service provider) for your company, or want to know what the best backup product is for your QuickBooks file, "consulting" is when I have to apply my knowledge and skills without actually touching your tech.
This is billed at $75/hour

Tutoring/Teaching
I do offer customizable training for groups, large or small. I also offer one on one tutoring for various technologies. Feel free to contact me if this interests you.
This is billed at $50/hour
No part billing is offered if travel is required
